Refund policy

Generally we don’t refund orders, but we guarantee that you receive all items you ordered in the same condition as described at the item page.
We will resend item(s) to your shipping address if:

1 – Your order was damaged during delivery and you’re able to show us photos of all damaged items.

2 – Your order was lost in mail, and tracking info confirms this.

3 – You received wrong item and you’re able to show us photos of all wrong items you received.

4 – You received a defective item and you’re able to show us photos of all defective items.

We consider all cases individually. And we do our best to help you with any issue.
